We always aim to get your order on its way as quickly as possible!

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 5 working days.

  • UK Delivery: Expected within 3–5 working days

  • Tracking: All parcels are sent via Royal Mail 48 Tracked service. 

  • Tracking Info: A tracking number will be emailed to you once the Royal Mail have processed your parcel.


Please note: Once your order has been shipped, we have limited control over courier delays, especially during peak periods. Rest assured, we will monitor deliveries where possible and are always happy to help if you have any concerns.


Returns & Replacements

If something’s gone wrong, we’ll make it right.

  • If your item is faulty or there’s been a packing error, please contact us via email and we’ll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

  • As a small, family-run business, we’re always here to help — just reach out!

Personalised Items

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for personalised items where customisation details were entered incorrectly at the time of order. Please double-check all names, spelling, and details before adding to cart.

If you spot a mistake after placing your order, please get in touch with us immediately via email — we’ll do our best to help.


Mistakes Happen

We understand things don’t always go to plan — if you’ve made an error on a personalised item, let us know. Where possible, we’ll offer a like-for-like replacement at a generous discounted rate to cover postage and product costs.
