Acceptance

All transactions between Bibble & Bobbin Boutique and our customers are subject to the following terms and conditions. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. We encourage all customers to read them carefully before completing their purchase.

Exclusivity

Unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by both parties, these terms take precedence over any alternative terms proposed by the customer.

Variations

We may update our products, website content, or supporting materials at any time. We aim to ensure changes do not affect the overall quality. Please note, colours shown online may appear slightly different depending on your screen and settings.

Pricing

All prices are in GBP (£). Postage fees are calculated at checkout and quoted before payment.

We reserve the right to adjust prices prior to production in cases of external cost changes. Once your order is confirmed and in production, the quoted price will be honoured.

Payment

Payment must be made in full prior to production and dispatch of personalised items, unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods include card payments via our secure checkout.

By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method and that sufficient funds are available.

Cancellations & Amendments

Personalised or made-to-order items are non-refundable and cannot be cancelled once the order has been confirmed. Please double-check all personalisation details before submitting your order. Non-personalised items may be returned in accordance with our returns policy (see below). Your statutory rights are not affected.

Delivery

Estimated delivery times are outlined at checkout and in our Delivery Information. While we always aim to dispatch promptly, please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary during peak periods. Delays caused by external couriers are outside our control.

Orders not received within 7 working days of dispatch must be reported via our Contact Page. Claims made outside this period may not be accepted.

Damaged Goods

Should your item arrive damaged, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery via email. Once agreed, we will cover the return postage costs. Damaged items must be returned to us before a replacement is issued. Refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.

Please note we cannot offer refunds or replacements for poor-quality images supplied by the customer.

Colour & Sample Matching

While we strive for consistency, slight variations in colour, style, or positioning may occur due to the handmade nature of our products. If colour matching is critical, we recommend requesting a sample before placing a full order.

Images

It is the customer's responsibility to provide high-quality images for personalised products. We cannot guarantee print quality if the original file is of low resolution.

By submitting a design or image, the customer confirms they have the legal right to use the content. We accept no liability for copyright infringement and any claims or legal fees arising from such content will be the customer’s responsibility.

Errors

We cannot accept responsibility for mistakes made by the customer, including misspellings or incorrect details. Please carefully review all information before confirming your order.

If we make an error, we will correct it and provide a replacement as soon as possible.

Liability

Except where liability cannot be excluded by law, Bibble & Bobbin Boutique will not be responsible for any indirect or consequential loss resulting from the use or supply of our products.

Website Liability

While we take care to keep our website safe, we cannot guarantee it is free from viruses or other harmful elements and accept no liability for damage to your systems resulting from use.

Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations if caused by events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, delays from suppliers, or courier issues.
